For this courtyard home addition, the client specifically ordered an ADA-compliant space. With thorough planning and much deliberation, we were able to begin renovations by building a master bedroom expansion with a bathroom on one end and a large beautiful sunroom which allowed for better living with a modern living room and more space for the family to gather.

The bedroom and sunroom addition created the perfect home courtyard for all the summer BBQs and Firepit Parties. With some creative home remodeling solutions, we turned this regular home into a fancy courtyard house.
