For a home remodeling & home addition contractor, the task of adding usable living space to an existing structure is a mouthwatering challenge. Utilizing the unused attic room in this property, we were able to add 1000 sq feet of living space; creating a master bedroom, a bathroom, and a lounge. The house has stunning views of Boston, Assembly Row, and Encore Casino. Adding a well-designed window allows for a relaxing evening and enjoying these views while reading a book or listening to a podcast. We also eliminated most walls in the main living floor, fashioning an expansive area with a modern open-plan kitchen living room.
